As cheesy as it sounds, I looked at everyone around me, and it felt like I had become a part of a new, huge family. Somehow, AKPsi took what was already one of my favorite songs and made me love it even more.

As a rising senior, I am proud to lead the organization that built me, and more than that, excited and honored at the chance to leave it in an even better place than I found it.

I would rush AKPsi a thousand times over and I would run for ECOMM a thousand times over if it meant getting to be a part of that.

Ultimately, this friendship of the good is brotherhood: a bond that goes beyond mere convenience or necessity, but a true sense of community that accepts you with open arms and motivates you to be your best self.

I feel at home and at ease when we hang out on weekends and am encouraged to push myself when it’s time to get to work.

AKPsi gave me mentors I didn’t know I needed and friends that I can’t imagine not having today.

There is always something that is impressive about each brother because everyone in AKPsi is versatile and unique in their own ways -- it is truly an honor to be in this organization.

How many times are you willing to fail and admit defeat and still have the resolve to keep going? Are you willing to reach out to strangers, to humble yourself and ask for help?

I would have never had the confidence and humility to follow my dream of playing college football without my brothers in AKPsi.
